RECIPE: Smokey Kale Chips

For a quick and healthy snack that you can feel good about eating, these Smokey Kale Chips are the perfect choice. Founder of The Well Nest, Valeria Ramirez, has created another nutritious recipe using the GT Homewares Earth Bowl as the canvas for her dish. With simple ingredients, these chips are packed full of flavour.

Prep time: 2 mins | Cook time: 20 mins | Total time: 22 mins | Serves: 2-4 people

Ingredients:

Bunch of kale, de-stemmed and torn into rough pieces
2 tsp smoked paprika
Sprinkling of sea salt
1 tbs coconut oil

Method:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 150C.
  2. Place torn kale leaves into a large bowl
  3. Drizzle with coconut oil and sprinkle with paprika
  4. Massage through and spread over large baking tray.
  5. Bake for 10 mins.
  6. Turn chips over and bake again for a further 10 mins or until crisp.
  7. Share and enjoy.
